How long does it take to charge an electric bike?

Most e-bike batteries charge in 4 to 6 hours. We recommend planning your ride to include time for charging if necessary.

What if it rains or is wet outside?

Most e-bikes are designed to handle light rain. However, it is advised to avoid riding in heavy rain or puddles to prevent damage.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Yes, we strongly encourage wearing a helmet for your safety at all times when riding an e-bike.

What should I do if I have a flat tire or a mechanical issue?

If you experience a flat tire or any mechanical issue, please contact us immediately. We provide roadside assistance and have a protocol in place to help resolve the situation.

Can I rent an electric bike for more than one day?

Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options for electric bikes. Please inquire about our pricing for extended rentals and snowbird packages.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your rental time for a full refund.
